A lot of the reviews on the internet are just negative, negative, negative. I recently moved and needed a change of address on my license. When I walked in on a Saturday morning, I was immediately called to the desk (ZERO wait time), the employee was very friendly, and even helped me update my vehicle registration and changed my voter address! Then entire thing cost around $50. I love this place. I will *always* return here.

Today Ms. Maude at La title literally blessed me. I had been told at 2 other title companies that it would be no less than 700 dollars to get my car registered. However after Ms. Maude looked it up and saw it had been previously registered in my name in this state it only cost me 55 dollars. She could have over charged me and I would have never know but she was honest and blessed me more than she knows!

I suspect some of the negative reviews are people who do not have what they need to complete the transactions when they go into here. I have been here many times and always had good service. They are so much more convenient than the DMV. Yes, you pay a fee, but they have notaries on staff to handle things the DMV cannot. I would highly recommend. Most forms can be printed from their website as well. Very quick and convenient overall.

I recently traveled to Slidell to help my elderly father with title transfers on several old vehicles. The entire staff was pleasant but notably, Ms. Maude was outstanding! Not only was she very informative but so pleasant and helpful...I live out of state and knowing that Ms. Maude and the entire staff would be patient with my parents really is appreciated. Just a note of gratitude to express my heartfelt appreciation for the expert and kind services provided.
